Stefano Caselli

Stefano Caselli is a Full Professor of Banking and Finance at Bocconi University, where is Dean for International Affairs. He received his Ph.D in Siena University in 1997 and his research examines the relationship between the investment banking sector and corporations, with a specific focus on corporate governance, regulation and financial services supply, in particular private equity and venture capital, corporate lending and structured finance. He has got a long experience as independent board member of financial institution and corporations. He acts as columnist for "L'Economia del Corriere".
